Located on this one of a kind spot, the front of the home is considered Historic Harpers Ferry, and the back Historic Bolivar. Either way you look at it you are centrally located within walking distance. On a private road it is not only private, it is quiet. There is a quaint bakery at the top of Boundary Street to the right and to the left there are 2 restaurants, and the local band hot spot. You will find this spot VERY spacious as it is a 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen that is almost 1000 sq ft.

Maria’s Downtown Vintage Flat -With Parking

Maria's second floor flat is a vintage shotgun loft (see layout in photos). For safety reasons we do not recommend Maria’s for young mobile children. The open loft with queen bed above the bedroom is accessed by stairs: please note when both beds are used they are not private. The living room has a queen sofa bed & Smart TV. The sunporch has vintage cruise ship vibe for sitting/dining/games. The kitchen has full sized appliances and washer/dryer. The bath has walk-in shower and original toilet.

The River House is located on the Monocacy River with the Monocacy National Battlefield on the opposite shore. Downtown Frederick, Maryland is just 3 miles away. A brick charcoal barbecue grill is offered for outdoor grilling. There are 3 units available in the River House. This is the largest and includes a full modern kitchen with island seating for 5, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is served by T-Mobile high speed internet. The Villa is not pet friendly.

This small, comfortable 235 sq ft efficiency apartment is Located on beautiful Mountaindale road just 3 miles back roads to Springfield Manor Winery and wedding venue Also located 1/2 mile below the Frederick Watershed With ride out and walk out to some of the best mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking in Maryland. A nice outside covered fire pit with plenty of wood and a tranquil creek across the street. no stove. There is a microwave, toaster ,hot plate for cooking & outdoor grill
