Beautiful space both inside and outside. Location connected to the animal farm and bakery was so charming. Location was perfect for the family reunion nearby. Easy parking. Clear communication made the stay seamless.

Great for what we needed. Easy check in, responsive host. The bed was really comfy. We got some great bagels and good coffee less than 10 min away!

I appreciated the flexibility she gave. The place is very homey and warm. Everything was clean and the check in was very fluid. Will do again

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Thank you for everything Nicole, we are very grateful for your attention to detail for your guests and genuine hospitality!!

The home was dated, but definitely worth the price. Convenient to shopping (Trader Joe's), access to I95, and just a short drive to downtown Darien. The amenities are also dated, i.e., not a walk-in shower but a jacuzzi type tub. Rory's restaurant was next door, which had very good food and reasonably priced. The host needs to add hand towels for the bathroom, and tea towels for the kitchen. The host was very responsive to text messages. Overall, we very much enjoyed the house.

Amal's place was absolutely brilliant!!! It was very clean, all the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in Airbnb & hotels in my travels, but this was by far the best place my family and I have stayed so far and it will be hard for any place to beat this. Anytime We are coming back to the area, I will definitely check first if it's available because we would love to come back. What a great stay ! Robert is fantastic, welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay! My son wanted to play his guitar and needed a few strings Robert went above and beyond by having those strings and giving them to him, such a thoughtful gesture. Place is great has everything you need! Turn the AC on and the provided fans and it’s plenty cool enough. Backyard pool is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay again!

This property exceeded my expectations and then some. The escape to Fire Island is always a fun one but its amplified when you're staying in a property that has every amenity under your roof. From the heated pool, to the amazing hot tub, to every kitchen and grill tool you can think of, to even the number of plates- we felt at home and so relaxed. Every bathroom, and bedroom had charm that most homes in Fire Island lack. Our Hosts were responsive to text messages, and were flexible with providing us details on every detail of the home. I appreciated the fact that they were attentive to our needs with ensuring that we felt comfortable. If you ever are looking for the perfect escape to Fire Island this is the house you should seek out. The price is worth it and then some and I would 10/10 return to this house next year. I have stayed in other houses in pines and have to say this is my favorite thus far.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Yudy and Adriana with Cozy Comfort Living was well worth the experience. This was my first time using Airbnb and I am extremely pleased. When entering the apartment it felt like I was walking into my own home. It’s a very quiet neighborhood a big beautiful backyard and very comfortable. The property even accommodated my dog. I did not want to leave! That is how much I enjoyed my stay. Whenever I am in need of a place in Long Island , NY, I know exactly where I will be staying. We stayed one night to see a show at Jones Beach. Everything was as promised, lovely accommodations, easy to work with host, and close to anything we needed. Would stay again in this comfy apartment.
