Sehr zentral, ruhig und groß, in der Altstadt am Schlossberg, auf mehreren Ebenen mit drei Balkonen, in der Konviktstraße, einer der schönsten Gassen. Im 3. und 4. OG, mit großer Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern. Geeignet für 4 Personen. - inkl. Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Zwei Zimmer stehen in meiner kleinen vier Zimmer Altbauwohnung zu verfügung. Beide sind ausgestattet mit einem 140cm Bett. In der „kruschteligen“ Küche findest ihr alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wenn ihr kommt, ziehe ich natürlich aus! Und nein, ich habe keinen Fernseher! :D Der Hbf ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. In gleicher Entfernung findest du verschiedenste Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über ein winziges Badezimmer mit Dusche...

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam. We, Catja & Andreas (with toddler & dear dachshund lady) rent this beautiful house and look forward to all our guests.
