Die Pforte zum Elztal im Schwarzwald und dem weltbekannten Glottertal bildet die kleine „Slow City“ Waldkirch. Im Vorort Buchholz liegt mitten im alten Ortskern ANNAS SCHEUNE. Ein 2016 biologisch loftänlich saniertes Bauernhaus mit mehreren Nebengebäuden aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Die Einrichtung mit Antiquitäten, Designklassikern und maßgefertigten Möbeln komplettiert den modernen Country-Style der Scheune. Wir dürfen aktuell leider nur Gäste gemäß der 2G Regel beherbergen. Comfortable apartment - Newly renovated 2025

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A bright and sunny apartment facing towards the Black Forest, this means there is a view of the Black Forest, we are 20 km away from the Black Forest Our apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (& shower) has a spacious combined living & sleeping area. Located at the foot of the vineyards of Tuniberg; close to Freiburg centre, 12 km, in a small village. Convenient for day trips to Colmar, the Black Forest and Europa Park as well.

Littenweiler train station, tram stop and shops as well as outdoor swimming pool and bike path to the city center in close proximity. 20/50 minutes drive to the Hinterzarten/Feldberg ski resorts.

Mühlenlounge

Our apartment "Mühlenlounge" deserves its name. We live in an old oil mill, a short walk from the attractive city center of Haslach, where the preserved half-timbered framework is impressive. The Mühlenlounge has a loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved. Nevertheless, the state of the art in this apartment is modern, such as TV, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, etc.
