Magistrate Room, The Lodge at Old City Hall

Magistrate Room at The Lodge is located in a 1904 historic bldg in downtown Jefferson City, adjacent to Carson Newman University, 2 miles from Cherokee Lake, historic Glenmore Mansion, and several local eateries. The Magistrate has 1 King Bed and for an additional small charge, an additional small bedroom (Eagles Nest) with a Full bed. Currently, our beautifully restored building houses the Heritage Center at Mossy Creek, Kneads Doughnuts, Patriot Wood Fired Pizza, and 3 upscale lodging rooms.

Rooms 8,9, 10 and 13 offer large hotel rooms where the rustic beauty of the mountains meet the luxury and comfort of a boutique hotel! This 1,200 square foot modern rustic 2 bedroom features white oak, shiplap and barn style doors with 2 queens, a full sized pull out couch, kitchenette, shuffle board, remodeled bathroom and exterior patio. Located within walking distance to a waterfall and hiking trails and over top of Angelo's in the Gap, an Italian cuisine restaurant with recipes decades old. The Vault Tap House and Pub, showcases 29 craft and domestic beers and features the original town bank vault, now a walk-in cooler.
