We loved the cabin and the surrounding village. Such close proximity to Patoka Lake! Will definitely be back.

Very nice and quiet place. We enjoyed our few day visit. It’s just close enough to town and several other attractions in the area but also far enough away from large crowds if that’s what you’re looking for. Hiking trails in the area were nice and well kept. We’ll be back just for a longer amount of time next time!

Beautiful stay! The wild flowers on the hill were an extra special treat! Loved drinking my coffee in the deck chairs listening to the birds in the am. Very open and bright/clean! Fit our family of four very comfortably. Our kids loved the game room and fishing dock. Beds were cozy. Hope to be back in the future!

Great little cabin with a phenomenal restaurant next door! Would definitely stay again

This Airbnb was in the perfect location for my husband and me. The layout was ideal — the master bedroom on one side and two additional bedrooms on the other gave us the space we needed. The house was clean, simply decorated, and stocked with everything you’d need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Paul was friendly and available if needed, but everything was so well set up that we didn’t need to reach out. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors seemed very nice.

My son and I had a great time at our stay! House was nice and stocked with everything we needed. He really enjoyed fishing in the river and there was alot of space along the river line and in the back yard.

It was an amazing experience. Rodney was great and actually walked us around at check in and showed us anything we may need to know. Everything about our stay was great, from check in to check out we had a great time and it is well worth the price. There is so much to do at the air bnb as well as the surrounding areas, it is the perfect location for wanting to stay in French Lick and wanting to go to the resort for the casino or go golfing. It is located about 8 minutes from the casino and the golf courses, but the atmosphere makes it feel like you are hours away. It is quiet and you feel safe and completely by yourself.

We stayed here with our grown kids and grandkids. The house was laid out perfectly, so each family had their own sleeping space. The kitchen was so well equipped that making meals for 12 was no issue. The grounds were beautiful to walk, so peaceful and the clubhouse and saltwater pool was enjoyed by all of us. However, the best thing about staying here was the staff. As we were arriving, just outside of the entrance to Patoka 4 Seasons, the transmission in our truck (which was pulling our 24' pontoon and packed full of our stuff) went out. We had to call a tow truck, figure out how to unload truck and offload our boat. Marie, in the office during check-in was so understanding and helpful, even offered to help us move our stuff in her jeep, if needed. She also let us park the boat in the office lot space until someone arrived to move it. The hospitality didn't stop there, the staff was so accommodating at check-out to make our wait for truck repair easier. We are so thankful for them!

It was clean. Short get away & nice place

Rebecca is an awesome host. Communication was excellent. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. She also offered to let us come in a little early and decorate for the wedding. We weren’t able to do that because of our schedule but it was a kind gesture. There were also a couple glasses and a bottle of champagne with flower pedals around. Thank you for the wonderful stay! The only reason I put 3 stars instead of 5 on the price was because we had a cabin less than a mile away the night before for 160$ less. I would still recommend staying at Rebecca’s cabin.

I had a weekend with friends here and it was clean cozy and very cute! The cabin had so much character and unique touches! The resort has so much to do such as a swimming pool, sand volleyball court to name a few. There is even a short trail that goes out to the lake and the entrance to the trail is right next to cabin #3.

Jordana was the best host we’ve had on Airbnb. Super responsive and extremely helpful. House is older, but great for families. The host was very thoughtful having filtered water in the kitchen and other common sense things taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay at Blueberry Hill estate. Was a great little getaway. The property has beautiful views and plenty of outdoor spaces and activities to do. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs on the trip. Short commute to French Lick and plenty of things to do in the area.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Sherry’s place for our 30th wedding anniversary. The farm, the lodge and our room was all very peaceful and cozy. We met Cindy upon our arrival and she welcomed us to the farm, showed us around and answered any questions we had. Her enthusiasm for the farm and all it had to offer showed. Everything we needed was there PLUS all kinds of extras. I was wowed by the attention to detail in all the little extras. We had coffees and snacks in the room and there were even Samores kits put together in the kitchen area for guests. There was wood by the fire pits, lighters, fire starter fluid and even cardboard ready to start a fire. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser was also in the shower in our room. Both Sherry and Cindy checked on us during our stay through texts. All of this AND we were literally minutes away from French Lick Casino and all the town has to offer. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! We enjoyed watching hummingbirds and deer while relaxing on the porch. Between the cabin kitchen and the kitchen in the restaurant, we had everything we could possibly need to make delicious meals and snacks. We made use of the smoker and grill. The fire pit was relaxing and a great place for stargazing. We appreciated the information binder and enjoyed hiking around Patoka Lake and breakfast from Nila's Place. Sherry, the owner, and Cindy, the property manager, were both friendly and communicated with us regularly before and during our stay.

We have stayed with Timothy multiple times over the years and it's always a great experience!

This little cabin is perfect for those that love something a little drive away from the city but still close enough that food and fun is only fifteen minutes away! The cabin itself was decorated absolutely wonderfully, the bed was so comfy, she had snacks and coffee available for us, a back porch with a great backyard that was private and peaceful! Anything we needed she was right next door to help! We will definitely be booking with her in the future! I highly recommend highly recommended this to anyone who wants intimate, well decorated, and a hands on renter.

David's place was nice and spacious for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen to cook, however there isn't a dishwasher and you have to hand wash dishes prior to leaving so don't plan to do a 3 course meal. We liked the cabin feel and it was plenty warm on a cold night. Beds were super firm (if that's what you like) and some of the sloppy mudding in the bathroom made the tub look dirty but it really wasn't. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap so be sure to pack your own. For the money, it was a good value and would stay again if I'm looking for an economical option for the family.

Had a couple of issues at check-in but Herbert was very responsive. Air conditioning was not working upon arrival and Herbert took my call right away and we were able to flip circuit breakers and get operational again. Had some issues holding cooler temperatures so would definitely have checked out Herbert before the heat of the summer. Driveway has a bit of a slant and undulations to it, so had some issues unhooking our boat trailer from the truck. Had to use some blocks to make it work but made due. Overall place is beautiful and worked perfectly as a place to stay as we fished in a tournament over the weekend. Did have some insects inside the cabin during our stay but is to be expected when you are staying in the woods! Thanks for the stay Herbert and have a great summer!

Mary was a great host and her place was nice, by the lake and closed to work, just what my crew needed for good rest after long journeys at work.

Our group loved our stay at the cabin! It was a beautiful place tucked away in the woods, but still close to town if we needed to grab something last-minute. Matt was great at communicating with us and making sure we had all that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
