“Jim was so great. He worked around my unique scheduling that required an earlier-than-usual check in time. The space was extremely clean. There was a nice aroma in the air and the rooms were spacious. Internet worked great as well. Will look forward to staying here again.”

“Charming and private. Parking in the driveway was a major bonus for me! There are only 3 steps up inside which is nice if you are hauling heavy luggage. It is quite spacious in this lovely old home with ceiling fans and high ceilings. I stayed at the end of March and it got a little chilly, but the radiator heating was adequate, and then I used the portable heaters provided and they heated the space up very well. There were also extra blankets and lots of pillows. Samantha added nice touches like coffee, tea, snacks and even sandwich bags if you were packing a lunch somewhere. Plenty of hot water. Very clean. I stayed during Covid times and everyone was home in the neighborhood. I did not notice street noise; I really thought the place was very quiet. I only heard people taking their trash cans in and out on trash day - which I hear in my own neighborhood - just normal stuff. Samantha says she has pets but I never heard, nor saw them. Those are some quiet dogs!”

“This condo is the perfect place to get away or to explore what Cincinnati has to offer. It's located on a very quiet block that's close to all the wonderful OTR restaurants as well as being within a nice walk of Fountain Square and the river. Ben was helpful from the time I booked. He provided great advice on good parking options, and he checked in with me during my stay to be sure that I had what I needed. The condo was clean, quiet, and I was able to check in and check out with ease.”
