Excellent stay. The team provided helpful suggestions before arrival and throughout stay. I enjoyed having an area off the street to park in. The house was clean and I didn’t feel like I had to do any extra cleaning. It was just what we needed for our retreat. Also, there are neighbors so if they are celebrating, you will hear it. Overall I enjoyed Mike place and would stay again.

Fantastic home and location. Ricky is an incredible host. This was our second stay, and I will continue to book here.

Very comfortable and the spot is the perfect place to things to do around in the area ! Especially the zoo ! Very nice and comfortable and clean ! . Be mindful that if you come here in the summer time or hot season bring bug spray lol . Would definitely come back !

We stayed for a week and wanted to be close to Bourbon St but far enough we could relax without the sounds of Bourbon. This is a perfect spot! Everything is walkable! The condo was super quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable and very happy to have a washer and dryer - the time we went it was super hot / rainy and washing clothes came in super handy. Communication with our host was top notch - we would def stay here again!

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a family from Asutralia. We wanted to stay slightly out of Bourbon Street as we had a 6yr old. From previous reviews and locations it seemed a little closer but it is around a 15 to 20min walk to Jackson square/ French quarter. Great amenities, plenty of towels, nice lounge room, comfortable bed. Pillows need some work. We had a very late flight and tried several times to get a late check out but they were very strict with 10am check out. Beautiful apartment and only a 7min drive to get into Jackson Square. Some beautiful restaurants within less then 5 minutes walking distance.

Very nice apartment close to French Quarter but far enough away to escape the crowds. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is actually way bigger than it seems in all the pictures. It is also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in. Spacious apartment and the shower was large and beautiful with fantastic water pressure and temperature. Memory foam mattress and lovely pillows (not flat, not feather, not super thick!!!). Appreciated having a water boiler to make tea easily. The TV was a bit outdated and small, but did the job. Great communication with Jim. We loved waking up to the sound of singing, happy birds outside! ***this review above is for before our last night there, which we couldn't stay because a fire burnt the house severely and ruined almost all of our belongings with water and smoke...clothes, shoes, electronics, makeup, etc. But this is not the fault of the owner and I feel terrible for him, and for us, and wanted to write a review on how great the stay was before this tragedy.

great place to stay if you are visiting NOLA. Off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. 15 minute walk to Charles St, streetcar. if you dont want to walk, 3 minute drive to the stop with lots of street parking. close to the highway(10) if you are going to plantations or swamp tours and back to the airport. Super comfy beds. we loved our stay!!!!!

We truly had a wonderful time! The place was great and very comfortable. It was beautiful! There was so much within walking distance, including the mall. We were in a good location and within 15-20 minutes to downtown New Orleans and the airport. Our family of 4 appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms as well. It was hard to tell from the picture what was surrounding the location, but there is plenty to do and great restaurants near-by. It was just an all-around great place for our stay. If we are back in the area, this would be our home away from home!!

Very convenient location and very safe, walkable neighborhood. Located above a bakery, and on the same block as a tapas restaurant and the best ice cream spot in New Orleans. We’re moving cross country so it wasn’t ideal carrying a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs, but if we were traveling light like we normally do, it would be no big deal. Lots of natural light in the apartment and cozy decor. Our host was friendly and very responsive! And our favorite thing about this place was the location! Thank you!

Such a perfect spot for our weekend trip to New Orleans! The location was great on a nice quiet side street just steps from Magazine Street. The house was so charming and had plenty of room. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in between our New Orleans adventures. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to NOLA.

Very responsive team that made checking in a breeze! the location was great for feeling safe while walking my dog morning and evening. Close to some local places on Magazine street and just 5 blocks up to St. Charles to catch the street car! Very convenient location.

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

This house was amazing, spacious, clean and had a lovely large kitchen as well as a beautiful peaceful courtyard and pool area. The only issue is that there was a broken floodlight on a lamp post outside the bedroom window that had no covering. The flood light was broken and shined light in every 3-5 minutes at night making it impossible to sleep in the main bedroom. I reached out 3 times about finding some sort of solution (even a black trash bag taped!) but each time I was simply met with, "this is a priority" but it was never fixed. Also since we had such an issue we had hoped for a slightly later check out - which was not granted. Other than that, we had a great experience and luckily the bedrooms where our kids slept were free of issues.

Great stay overall - the place is super close to the center attractions and quite walkable. The host was very responsive and immediately reacted to anything we needed. We were offered early check in for an additional fee which was lovely - and we took advantage of it- Overall awesome!

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

This was a great place to stay, though it was pretty bare bones in the kitchen and as far as furniture goes. Never did find bedding for the pull out couch and the tv didn’t work but the host tried to help with both of those issues. Location for ease of the streetcar was great!

Great location & comfortable space. Beds were very comfortable too! Having access to a parking space in the garage is a huge value add. The neighborhood is central to walking downtown or towards the Garden District. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops close by. We loved it & hope to return.

I was celebrating my birthday and two of my Friends joined me on my trip. We reviewed other property listings before deciding on Bywater Suite Hotel. They checked all of the boxes. We needed a 3 bedroom, with more than 1 bathroom, gated and safe, and in proximity to the French Quarter. The property has a 3 bedroom unit with a private bathroom in each room. This was great because it gave each of us our own privacy and space when getting ready for the day. We had a small issue with getting access onto the property, but as soon as I called for assistance it was available and they representative was very courteous. We were able to get the gate and room codes reset. There is parking available on the property, but be sure and note that there is a fee. We were able to park on the street right outside of the building and the area is safe. I will book with Bywater Suite Hotel whenever I return for a trip to New Orleans.
