Relaxing Retreat on Long Lake

Located on the shore of beautiful Long Lake, the house sits about 40 feet from the water. Perfect for swimming, or fishing. If you have a boat, there is a boat launch about a 2 minute drive away. Inside, you will find plenty of room for 10+ adults, with a garage. Fully stocked kitchen, with a separate wet bar. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise view of Long Lake from the front porch. High speed Wifi, and smart T.V. 2 Minutes away from Lakeview Restaurant, 100 feet from the nearest side by side trail.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located right in Frenchville, not far from Fort Kent, Madawaska, St. Agatha and Long Lake. Direct access to snowmobile and Atv trails, located right at the back of the property. Plenty of parking on premises, with more room for snowmobile/Atv trailers if arranged ahead of time. A true four season destination location. Also located on the property is storage for snowmobiles and ATVs in The Sled Shed.

A public boat launch is a quarter mile down the road to conveniently launch your boat and bring it over to our private dock. In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.

Hag’s Cabin

If you want access to trails this is the place for you. See pic of trail map. The houses are at the Violette intersection on ITS85. Also, there are two rentals. Hag’s Cabin and Hag’s House. The older place is Hag’s House. Both are at the same address.If you have a group maybe rent both. 5 minutes to Downtown Fort Kent. There is a car port off the garage that can be used to park or tinker snowmobile or wheeler. Both houses are very nice. New owner so still figuring this Airbnb thing.

The snow mobile, ATV and 4x4 trail is located 200 feet away , Tim Horton is just at the bottom of the hill on Main Street. The residential area is super quiet & secure.
