Great stay. Super pet friendly if you have pets coming with. The building itself looks a little scary and empty, but actually super safe and quiet.

The owner's villa is exactly as described, the home also has toys, books, I have a small 1.5-year-old who plays very much. Home is close to the car parking space, can walk about 5 minutes to the center. The hostess is responsive and enthusiastic, the housekeeper also supports checkin out quickly.

The host and housekeeper are very enthusiastic to support us. Before arriving, I had a timer but arrived a little late, the housekeeper waited near the gate to support the whole group to park and receive the house. House is clean and private, comfortable bedroom, cozy. My friends are also very satisfied with the experience here. Convenient road, close to market. Our group cooks, lack of things, can still run to the market. Walkable to the pool, sea. Or there is a support tram too. If I have a chance to come back to Phuoc Hai, this will definitely be the first choice I think about.
