Bright and spacious flat - Wedding

Our place in Wedding is a spacious jewel close to the Panke River. Typical "Alt Bau": Wooden floors, high ceilings. Very bright. Near by you can find one of the best gastronomy edging points of the city and many cultural spots. This is a quiet appartment; just a 5' walk from U8 Osloerstr, 10' from the Sbahn + Ringbahn connecting with the city within minutes. Many supermarkets and other convienience shops around.

2km zum Alex, quasi ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist im Zentrum. Schlafzimmer gibt es 3 Stück, diese sind wie folgt: Nr. 1 -> zwei Einzelbetten, Balkon, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 2 -> Doppelbett, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 3 -> Doppelbett, zum Innenhof gelegen Im Erdgeschoss des Nachbargebäudes ist ein Spätkauf, es stehen Tische und Stühle draußen. Wir haben uns nicht gestört gefühlt. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffis. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank!

L’appartement est impeccable. Il est central et très proche du métro. Le train est direct de l’appartement jusqu’à l’aéroport. La communication avec Sven est très agréable et sympathique, il est très réactif. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Berlin.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. Tout était parfait avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, des transports publics à moins de 10 min (U8,M10,M1) et une rue très agréable et très calme. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et pour un séjour plus long, une vrai table serait un plus pour les repas pris dans l'appartement.

The place was beautiful and everything was easy. We booked on the night before, and got a confirmation in the morning. Everything was perfect even though it was a last minute booking. In the room there was a detailed book about the story of the building and the surroundings. Thank you very much for the accomodation!

Everything was great! The apartment has an excellent location — just a 2-minute walk from the station, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the city center. The place was very clean and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was also super convenient to have a laundry room with a dryer right in the building.

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Downtown Apartments in Berlin! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der ich Kontakt hatte, war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Atmosphäre – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile der Stadt gelangt. Ich kann das Downtown Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Berlin-Besuch sehr gerne wieder!

The Airbnb stay was excellent. The location is ideal, with many restaurants nearby and a major shopping street at the end of the road. The apartment was tidy and clean and well appointed with every amenity you could need. The only issue was that when booking on Airbnb, there were photos for different units, some of which were one bedroom or more; however, upon check-in, I was given a studio. It was large for a studio, but it would have been nice to know at the time of booking that it was a studio instead of a one bedroom.
