The place was as described, just great. We didn't miss anything, even a pack of coffee and chilled drinks were there for us. Since I asked for an iron in advance, an ironing board with steam ironing station was already ready for us upon arrival. The host is very friendly and you can tell how important it is for him to feel comfortable there. We will be happy to come back!

The three of us spent three nights in Gunnar's apartment. Everything was as stated in the description and lovingly prepared. Great location in the middle of the city. The apartment is well equipped. Great communication and flexible check. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We were there over Pentecost! We liked the place very much! We were there with three children who felt very welcome! There were toys, a high chair, books and the highlight was probably the rocking horse :) The playground nearby is great, everything is super well maintained and we were also allowed to visit the cows opposite ^^ If you want to spend a few days with a hustle and bustle of the big city and a super nice person, come here! We would come back <3

Loved it! The location is great, the apartment is totally pretty and cozy. We had everything we needed, everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Lars is also totally friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

Great location and loved the view and the outdoor space.

We immediately fell in love with the loving furnishings of the brightly kept apartment. We didn't miss anything. Thanks also for the two welcome drinks, that was a nice surprise. The nearby Edeka was super practical, the sea can be reached in a good 5 minutes. Our host Gesche was very helpful and totally nice. We will be happy to come back.

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

10/10. Nice house, nice village.

We enjoyed our stay in Mateern’s place it worked perfectly for us because it is not in a big city but at the same time you can drive to many places or just stay and relax in the area. They were very nice and helpful with everything. We had a great experience over all

Very nice and spacious place to stay. In particular, the upper level with the terrace appealed to us. The only small drawback: there is no way to darken the windows in the sleeping area. We were very pleased.

We were totally satisfied with the small vacation home, everything was as described, very clean and beautifully furnished. The location is also great, neither the beach nor the city center of Amsterdam is far away. The direct environment is very quiet and close to nature. Gladly again :)

Stefan was away during our trip, but arranged to have a friendly co-tenant show us to our part of the villa. One word for the space we occupied: amazing! We had access to nearly ten rooms, from the giant living room to the elegant bedrooms and our extravantly equipped bathroom. As a former builder, I was struck by the top-quality materials throughout the house. All in all, an extremely luxurious experience!

Pleasant and quiet accommodation, with many things to visit around if you are not afraid to drive a little.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Dear Bea, Dear Romke, The stay with you was great and we felt very comfortable. Especially nice was Bea's mill tour, the chat with Romke, the apple pie, the walking tips, how sweet she became with the children, the great telescopes and just 🙂 YOU read it. Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

Beautiful accommodation, which is very easy to reach by public transport. Questions were answered quickly and easily.

From a to z everything perfect! The check-in and communication were super and uncomplicated! The contact is always very nice and friendly. The apartment itself is tip top! Just to feel good! You can tell that there is a lot of love in it and a lot of heart for guests! There was nothing missing! Even small shampoos etc are there! We would definitely come back! Thanks very much for the nice apartment!

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful apartment with panoramic view over the sea and coast. Beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished. Good facilities in the kitchen and cot and baby monitor. Comfortable beds and finally no white towels :) Good quiet location with elevator up to the 24th floor. Directly dry with entrance via the Columbuscenter/ Outlet / Klimahaus.
