A peaceful, rural location in a beautiful area surrounded by farmland. The accommodation is a self-contained private annexe attached to our home with an entrance exclusively for guests’ use. Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our flower garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

Village on the Cotswold Way trail, 2.5 miles to J13 of the M5 motorway. Outside space includes bench seat, bistro set, parasol and wood burner. Use of the Summerhouse - 2nd key on key ring. Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

It has strong wifi also making it a tranquil place to work from home.

This property offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. we have a local shop in the village run by local volunteers offering a good friendly service with an array of local produce. Next to the shop is the village recreation ground with a designated play area suitable for a game of football or even a picnic. The local Old Fox pub and restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the cottage , a very popular place to eat and it would be advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
