Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Det er kort vei til sentrum, badestrender og restauranter, så dette er virkelig en fin plass til å nyte sommerdagene. Én bilplass kan brukes, men det må avtales på forhånd.
