Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant studio equipped with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility of 2 cars). Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from the ocean beaches, it is ideally located to let you discover our wonderful wine region.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. The Little House of Vines

Small independent house for 4 people. It is located in the heart of the largest vineyards of St Emilion, a 5-minute walk to the center of the village. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.
