In the owners' large garden, enjoy a pleasant equipped studio with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbit. Ping-pong table. Outdoor gas plancha on request, to be cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops. Libourne 5 min, Saint-Emilion 15 min. Close to axes A10, A89.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
