The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

The chalet-apartment "VIEW4TWO" is located in Hart, surrounded by a few houses, a small farm and directly on the forest border. You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

A mountain jewel from the 18th century, lovingly restored, for groups of up to 8 people. The apartment, completely renovated, is located in the original part of the farmhouse, the small windows and the irregularities of the building make it unique. A hut paradise for self-catering, ideal for families, a retreat with friends or co-working. Not far from Munich and Innsbruck in the middle of Zillertal, between Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen, the skibus is around the corner. Just beautiful!

Our cozy apartment "Bergkristall" in our apartment Spieljoch in Fügen is the ideal starting point for an active vacation for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. The shared sauna (according to opening hours) and the communal garden invite you to relax and recharge. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only about 300 meters from the Spieljoch cable car and only a 10-minute walk from the village center.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, especially the beautiful evenings on the balcony with great views were wonderful! The hosts are super friendly and provided us with a lot of information and ideas for the area. We were very happy about the nearby lake and the good starting point for via ferrata, also the sauna area in the nearby thermal bath was mega, super stylish, a lot was newly done here, a real oasis! We haven't been able to explore everything in the week and would like to go back there.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Monika’s beautiful home. Monika was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The home was in a wonderful location to town, with many activities for us to do. Our children loved the backyard with the playground and we enjoyed many nights eating dinner on balcony. Cannot recommend this beautiful home and location enough!

The place is exactly as described, very easy to get to by public transport and also skiing from there is no problem with small walkways and ski bus/train. The small balcony is great, kitchen invites you to cook for yourself, a cute place to stay! I would always come back for ski holidays in the region :)

We were guests of Daniela for a weekend trip and would have liked to stay longer. Communication was smooth and always friendly. We had a wonderful stay in Fügen! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group, with plenty of beds and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient. The host was friendly and flexible with both check-in and checkout, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Zillertal region!
