Josephine is a flexible, accommodating and superb host. She knows a lot about the local area and can make recommendations for things to do nearby or further afield. The B&B is good for public transport; bus stops are within 1-3 minutes' walk and go in a few different directions. The nearest Tube station is perhaps 10 minutes' walk away, but one of the buses goes directly to the next nearest station, so if you time it well you can be there within 5 minutes and be heading in more directions throughout London. Continental breakfast is simple yet substantial, and will adequately suffice until lunchtime if you eat enough. The presentation is excellent and Josephine evidently takes great pride and care in making things as homely and personal as possible. Josephine's place is great value and I would certainly stay with her again. Very highly recommended.

Jay is a very warm hearted host, and his place is clean and tidy, easy to check in, i enjoyed my stay at his place.

Really enjoyable stay in a lovely area of London. The living area and kitchen was a great social space for the 6 of us. Catherine is very friendly and quick to respond, would definitely stay again!

I return to Mary Ann and Dai's house for years and for me it's like being at home every year I find an improvement and the apartment is always very well cared for and a jewel of a vintage London home. You can breathe in the real London! I'll be back again

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hussain’s flat on Redcliffe Gardens! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. So much so that by day two, my sister and I were already saying, “Let’s head home” after a day of sightseeing. The flat is warm, welcoming, and truly comfortable. The location is fantastic. It is tucked in a quiet, more residential area (Kensington-Chelsea), yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the Tube, and bus stops. We felt completely safe walking around. One of the unexpected perks was how quiet the bedrooms were since they’re located at the back of the flat, away from street noise (all streets in London are busy), which made for peaceful sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped for our style of travel, we love cooking breakfast, having lunch or tea out, then enjoying something light in the evening. Hussain was a wonderful host being attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Boris's stay is great! The room was well equipped. The surroundings were good and most amenities are easily accessible. My husband and I could easily walk to the parks and local spots nearby. we enjoyed the walk around the river and in the Raven's court park especially. The air bnb is located at a good distance from the Hammersmith station making it easier for us to travel to the other parts of london. All in all a great experience.

We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Flat is lovely, very well equipped and location couldn’t be more perfect if you want to have a taste of what would feel like to live in London! We loved every bit of our stay!

Live like a local in Sole’s lovely and well appointed, quiet flat in heart of Chelsea. Close to lots of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and there are two grocery stores right around the corner. There are also multiple bus stops steps away that will take you to the tube or right into central London. We appreciated the early check in and easy communications. Thanks for a great stay.

The flat is lovely, excellently located and comfortable. It was well-furnished and the shower was quite luxurious. The only downside was the entry, there are steep stairs to get into the apartment and this was not clear in the description. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

We spent our time around New Years Eve in London and really enjoyed our stay at Tim‘s place. The area is very nice, we felt very secure and safe. There are very good Bus connections and the walk to the nearest Tube is also perfectly fine. The Airbnb itself is very nice: we had a good kitchen with all of the basic amenities needed which enable us to prepare little meals and have a nice breakfast. The bathroom had everything we needed too. Even though the Airbnb only consists of one room and a bathroom it is spacious enough for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us! We our looking forward to our return on our next trip to London.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

I stayed here on a vacation trip to London. Yaa could not have been more friendly. She always responded immediately to any questions prior to my arrival. She even reached out to ask what type of water, milk, and wine I preferred so she could ensure things were available prior to my arrival. The place was very nice. Clean, well designed, and quiet. Very walkable to the Underground. Note, the description is accurate when it says it is on an upper floor. And when you overpack like I do, you may have trouble getting up the stairs. (Completely my fault for packing too much, and it was clearly noted in the description.) If I am ever in London again, I would happily stay here again!

The apartment was very centrally located with easy access to train, bus & taxi. Peaceful surroundings and quiet location. The apartment was spacious and cosy. Boris was a responsive and helpful host.

Luka’s place was great and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two people. Would have also been comfortable with one more person. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and the pictures really helped us figure out how to get the keys. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, grocery store and the tube and buses. We felt safe walking around, even late at night. Luka was very responsive alto any questions we had and provided local recommendations which I always appreciate when traveling. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a comfortable spot that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

Absolutely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it. Everything was spotless and in a very peaceful area. There's also a Tesco around the corner that is always a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay here—it’s a great option if you’re traveling solo and want to be in a safe, central part of London. The neighborhood felt very secure and had everything I needed within a short walking distance: shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It made a perfect home base for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to other solo travelers!
