Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. Inman Park pool spa 2025 walk to many restaurants

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds, one with two bunk beds that are both twin over full. The pool will be open year round and heated April through October. The jacuzzi is heated year round! previously booked reservations might not have access. There is a basement apartment, this apartment will not have access to the pool and jacuzzi but the basement apartment faces the pool and jacuzzi You may add the 2 bedroom apartment with a movie room for $150 a night + cleaning if available
