Beautiful walks in the woods are at your doorstep, towns of Fumel, Monsempron-Libos, Saint Vita and Montayral within 10 mins and the magnificent Chateau de Bonaguil only 7 minutes away.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

 Fishing enthusiasts can fish in the stream along the property; the more athletic will have direct access to the greenway (hiking or biking). 5 min walk to tennis courts, basketball, rugby, Basque pelota, play structures for children. Train station 700 m away.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
