Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Faurskov Mill is an old water mill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. Beam house! saw a real cabin/summerhouse, where it feels like grandma's coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is on, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach., as well as a small swimming bridge where you can just grab a morning dip. If you're into fishing, go catching pileated woodpeckers or other fish species.
