Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Brand new nice town house of 114 m2 with entrance, kitchen-room, living room, 2 bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and extra guest toilet. One bedroom is set up as a large office/TV room with a sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly constructed bike and footpaths - about 20 min walk to Odense harbour bath, Odense city centre and Odense University Hospital - about 10 min walk to TV2 .

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

From the hallway, there is access to a lovely south-facing garden, with a barbecue and several dining areas. Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
