The villa is located on a large plot with direct access to Hareskoven, where there are good mountain bike trails. There is a fire pit on the property. From the villa, there is direct access to a 100 km2 wooden terrace with partial roofing and with a lounge area, dining area and barbecue. In the nearby area is Søndersø with a swimming pier. The S-train station is a 7-minute walk away with a direct line to Copenhagen.

There are two toilets and a bath with two showers. The house is only 7 minutes away from a station where the train goes directly to the center of Copenhagen. The train runs every 10 minutes. Hareskoven is only a 7 minute walk away, where there are nice bonfires, playgrounds, MTB routes and good walking/running routes. In the forest is a bike rental shop.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. It is a five-minute Drive to Farum Bytorv with many shops. Copenhagen city center is about 20 minutes by car

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

Plenty of room for play both inside and outside, where you are welcome to use my girls' toys (7 and 9 years old). Outside there is a sandbox, swings, trampoline, fire pit and grill The car can be safely parked in the carport.
