The house and the location are beautiful! It looks exactly the same as in the photos. Raymond is very nice, helpful and we were able to reach him directly. He even got us a baby high chair. Absolutely recommend 😊

The house couldn't have been better! We stayed there for five days and used it as a base to explore the island. Both Nina and Leila were amazing hosts – there was a fire in the fireplace when we arrived, and the house is a great combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort. Nothing was missing! Both Nina and Leila run farms and offer a lot of good things you can order from them. We strongly recommend that you contact them and ask what meat they have. We really hope to be able to go back!

Hans Morten's vacation home is highly recommended. The furnishings are very modern and contemporary, very clean and tidy. All questions were answered very quickly by Hans Morten. A quiet location and the great view of the fjord complete the overall impression. We will definitely book the house again.

Definitely one of my most beautiful rented homes on Airbnb. The house is decorated with care, feet in the water, calm, kindness of Torstein and Ida. We are the opposite of the anonymous key boxes that are multiplying everywhere. I would recommend it 100%

The house is very modernly renovated and beautifully and stylishly furnished. We felt comfortable there. The bed was super comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The location by the lake was super quiet and perfect for switching off. We liked it there, but the house could use a little love in one place or another. Communication with Benjamin was great and he responded quickly to questions.

We stayed five nights in Svein's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is located 2 minutes from the bus station. You need about 20 minutes to get into Bergen city. The communication was excellent and very pleasant. Svein is an open and very kind person who’s great to talk to and always happy to share helpful tips. His wife even drove us to the starting point of our hike once – incredibly kind. 😊 I can highly recommend this accommodation – we had a great time. Thank you to Svein and his wife! :)

We had a wonderful stay here. We were in town to hike Trolltunga and this place was conveniently located right at the turn off the main street towards the trailhead, about 13 minutes. The host was very communicative and responsive and had local recommendations for us. Everything was great and we would stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment was in a great location close to everything with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was spotless, very spacious with lots of storage and it was well equipped and not far from the main tourist sights and rail station. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Hilmar! He was a very nice and informative host who took the time to show us around the apartment. It was nice and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An extra bonus was the small terrace in the garden with chairs and tables, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. Highly recommended!

We were delighted to stay at Gunlaug's place for a few nights. The place is spacious, clean, and the check-in very easy. Moreover, the surroundings are magic and close to many natural attractions. Finally, Gunlaug is very kind and helpful, she goes the extra mile to make us feel at home! Very much recommended, we will back :)

We have stayed in Bergrid's house for two days and enjoyed it very much. It is in a quite area, looking out over one of the inlets of the Hardangerfjord. There is a nice waterfall close by. With good weather you have good places to enjoy outside. Stores and restaurants are a bit further away, so get some supplies when you're on the way. The house itself has everything you need and there is sufficient privacy. You do hear some walking going on the higher floor, but not on an annoying level. We do recommend to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was in easy walking distance to many of Bergen’s attractions and we liked having a view of the city. The apartment was quite private for being in the middle of the city. There was some noise heard from tenants in the apartment above, but mostly just footsteps; nothing bothersome.

Marita and Tomas are very nice, warm people. Marita greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and explained things (e.g., how to access the kayaks) in a very clear and unhurried way. They both did a fantastic job communicating with us before our arrival, and provided lots of helpful advice while there (e.g., recommendation of a wonderful restaurant in Bergen). Although Tomas and Marita live on the floor above the Airbnb flat, we never felt “crowded” by them. In fact, at my request, Tomas was able to respond immediately to come down to help us figure out the TV…and he was incredibly good natured about it. Location was terrific, too: close to Bergen and all it offers, including the focal museums, as well as minutes from an excellent University of Bergen arboretum & botanical garden. Highly recommend this place, as well as Tomas & Marita as people!

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Bergen and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the sight of the city and fjords was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close enough to explore Bergen easily yet in a peaceful spot where we could relax and take in the scenery. The large windows and outdoor space allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning panoramic views, especially at sunset. The home was spotless with cozy furnishings and all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergen, staying here made our trip even more special and we would love to return.

We spent 10 days at Linda's. The house is very lovingly furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable. Linda was always prompt and friendly to reach. We absolutely recommend Linda's house!

Olav's place is beautiful. We've enjoyed our time here, especially since we were blessed by some of the best weather we've had in Norway. The view is absolutely amazing and it is worth every penny. The house itself is full with everything you need, to make you feel at home for a month. The location is great, quiet, you even get a barbecue in this price! The host, Olav, was also amazing and helped us out with a lot of useful information and he was always proactive to help us. I would recommend his place anytime! I hope we shall come again! We had a very nice stay at Hilde's house. The location right on the fjord is very nice. The house was absolutely big enough for us with 10 people. Everything was very clean and nice. The boat, which can be rented in addition, is simple but in very good condition and has a 20 hp motor. As an angler, I can say: The fjord is an absolutely excellent body of water for mackerel and saithe. Hilde also gave us great tips for excursions. Thank you!

Had a great stay in the cabin over a weekend. Just a few minutes' drive from Mikkelparken, which was the main destination of our trip to Kinsarvik. The cabin is idyllically located among the apple orchards, and I had some quiet moments with fishing down by the fjord, while our boys had fun rolling down the hill and jumping on the trampoline that was available to us. Beautiful cottage and surroundings – highly recommended!

Peaceful location with a beautiful view of Bergen. Feels cozy and private, yet still provides quick access to the city. Cozy living area and heated floors in the bathrooms made us not want to leave!
