The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Brandneue, geräumige und modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon und fantastischem Berg- und Stadtblick in bester Lage in Füssen. Die romantische Altstadt von Füssen mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäften liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch viele Seen und Wanderwege sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Außenstellplatz und ein extra großerTiefgaragenstellplatz. Schneller Internetzugang ist natürlich auch inklusive.

In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

It was equipped with high-quality furniture such as a box-spring bed with the dimensions 160 × 200 without a footboard. The bathroom includes a spiral shower with massage jets and integrated underfloor heating as well as a towel warmer. The spacious terrace invites you to linger.

The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Our mountain oasis in a dream location

We have lovingly renovated our small mountain oasis and would be delighted to welcome you as a guest. Enjoy a unique mountain view, both from the bedroom and from the living room. Dogs are welcome and cost €25 per dog per stay. The tourist tax of €1.90 per day/person would have to be paid upon departure.
