A nearly 100-year-old house. It can accommodate up to 6 people! Feel the good old Japanese culture that you can't usually experience. Open veranda! You can also go to the Zushi coast in about 20 minutes on foot, making it perfect for walking and running! Enjoy with family and friends. The♪ nearest station, Shinzushi Station, is an 8-minute walk, and it is directly connected to Haneda Airport, so guests from afar are also very welcome.☆☆ JR Zushi Station is also a 10-minute walk! Perfect even with kids! It is also easily accessible from the Yokohama Yokosuka Road, so please use it as a base for sightseeing in Kamakura, Hayama, and the Miura Peninsula. It is a renovated old private house. There is also a kitchen and garden where you can enjoy cooking and BBQs. There is a hot water shower outside, so you can come back from the sea in your swimsuit.

Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so pls do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
