We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Ein kleines Häuschen auf dem Land Ruhige Spazierwege laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg aber auch München ( ca 60 min) laden zu Stadtbesichtigungen ein. Das Sissischloß in Unterwittelsbach, Aichach eine alte Herzogstadt liegen um die Ecke. Ein Badesee, Klettergarten in Schernek, Ausflüge ins Legoland sind nur einige Möglichkeiten. Das Haus selber verfügt über einen großzügigen Garten mit Pool, Grillmöglichkeiten.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.
