Acomodação Perfeita. Localização ótima, em frente a rodoviária de Aveiro e estação de comboio de Aveiro. 10 minutos caminhando estávamos na Ria, 3 mercados ao redor. Zona tranquila. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, limpeza ok, contato com a Anfitriã rápido. Recomendo demais a Acomodação e voltarei em breve. Obrigada Talita

O espaço é muito confortável e agradável, tivemos uma excelente estadia. Mas o que se destaca é a gentileza da anfitriã. Luciene e seu esposo foram muito receptivos e disponiveis. Tornam nossa estadia na cidade ainda mais especial.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en una casa muy bien situada, a un paso de la playa, bien equipada y con varias terrazas. Cristina estuvo muy atenta y nos facilitó mucho la estancia. Muy recomendable.

Eu e minha esposa se sentimos em casa, lugar aconchegante com boa localização, super indico. Anfitriã muito gentil, responde com rapidez.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Es gibt eine riesengroße Terrasse, die fantastisch zum frühstücken ist und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang möglich macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, super gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm zum schlafen. Ein besonderer Leckerbissen ist die wunderschöne Einrichtung: sie erinnert fast an ein Schloss… Insbesondere das Wohnzimmer ist total beeindruckend eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, riesengroß. Es gibt diverse Obstbäume, die zum naschen einladen. Einen wunderschönen Gartenteich. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Pool. Man teilt sich den Garten und den Pool mit zwei anderen Mietparteien im Haus. D.h. man muss sich einfach arrangieren. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und bei Rückfragen immer schnelle Antwort. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr kleinen Dorf. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. In circa 10 FahrMinuten gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und Restaurants.

Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

Manuel was very welcoming and available to answer all our questions 😊 We really enjoyed our stay in his little studio and would recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple. It is also really well situated, in a nice village with easy access to the beach (a minute walk) 🥰

The stay was great. The apartment is very nicely furnished and you feel right at home. The location is right on the beach, so it's very easy to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Goncalo is a very friendly and reliable host. Cheers!

El alojamiento de Ana es maravilloso. Reformado íntegramente, decorado con mucho gusto, con muchos utensilios de cocina, muy nuevo, limpio y una ubicación estupenda. Solo le pongo alguna pega que hubiese hecho la estancia de 10, mucho más cómoda: - íbamos con dos niños y las protecciones de las escaleras estaban rotas así que eso era peligroso para la bebé y teníamos que estar continuamente vigilando - falta un toldo en la terraza para poder disfrutarla. Con el calor y el sol fue imposible salir a la terraza a disfrutar de las vistas desayunando o comiendo. - no tiene lavadora. En un sitio de playa me parece fundamental para al menos poder lavar las toallas y algo de ropa. Gracias, Silvia

O apartamento tem uma localização espetacular, mesmo em frente ao mar e com o farol mesmo ao lado. À noite, a luz do farol cria um ambiente agradável e até misterioso:) O apartamento estava muito limpo e com as comodidades necessárias para uns dias agradáveis e relaxantes junto ao mar! Fomos muito bem recebidas pelo Sr. Michael que nos mostrou o apartamento e demonstrou disponibilidade caso necessário.

Logement réservé en dernière minute pour 2 nuits, et c'était suffisant pour constater qu'il était très bien entretenu. On ne manquait de rien, et au-delà de ça, on s'y sentait très bien. Merci à l'hôte pour ça ainsi que pour sa réactivité par messages ! Je recommande fortement, prix accessible et environnement plus qu'agréable puisque juste à côté de la mer.

Really convenient location in Costa Nova with plenty of parking all around. The apt is very new, well decorated and clean. We really appreciated having en suites in each bedroom. Pedro was very responsive and helpful.

Espaço super limpo e acolhedor, zona tranquila. O Sr. Ricardo foi bastante atencioso ao esperar por nós para fazer o check-in mais tarde da hora combinada, devido a um imprevisto com a nossa filha. A casa estava super bem equipada e disponibilizaram-nos café para a máquina, o qual agradecemos! Super recomendo!

El piso es fantástico y muy cómodo. Debía quedarme en Aveiro un mes por trabajo y la verdad es que el apartamento era exactamente lo que necesitaba. Isabel como amfitriona ha sido impecable, muy buena atención, y de mucha ayuda cuando he tenido algún problema.

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.

A estadia foi muito boa, apesar de haver mais casas no espaço e o jacuzzi e a piscina serem comuns, tivémos sorte com os vizinhos e conseguimos desfrutar do espaço todo. Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
