In summer, the mountains from hiking, climbing, swimming to the mountain bike offer you everything your heart desires. We also have some to offer in winter. A cross-country ski trail at the swimming lake and all known ski resorts can be reached within 30 minutes. We look forward to your visit!

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Very nice and well located AirBNB. Clean and top location - ideal for skiing! Due to the transparency and being fair to the tenants, however, you would also have to attach a picture of one of the four rooms in the Airbnb, in which there are 4 "beds" on almost 4 square meters, so you can hardly stand in the room. Only pictures of the "large" rooms with double bed unfortunately convey a wrong picture! All in all still a mega - airbnb!
