Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Independent space on the ground floor with a shared hall. An exterior window at street level in the bedroom. It has high ceilings. It has a private bathroom and a kitchen space next to it. These spaces are not shared with anyone else. Good area, well connected. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops. It is close to the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the Airport Express 203 bus. I am happy to receive people from all over the world.

Además cuenta con más de 2000 m2 para que disfrutes de la naturaleza y , si tienes mascota estará encantada con todo este espacio. No se admitiran a grupos cuyas edades sean inferiores a 30 años. The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location couldn't be better, right in the center but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk around the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and at the same time very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

This place was a dream! I couldn't believe I got to stay a couple of nights here, beautiful and taken care of, the bed was super comfy and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Jolly was super nice. I hope I get to visit Madrid again and get to stay here, cannot recommend it enough!!!

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

Since you enter the Badiel Valley everything is impressive. The house is located at one end of the village (Utande) with nothing around that hinder some breathtaking views that invite you to relax and enjoy. The house is very spacious, so not only are there beds for many but also plenty of space for a comfortable coexistence. The room "for children" and not so children we loved, because of its size, by the bunk beds... Nothing to reproach the rest of the rooms, perfect and spacious. The lounge is very cozy and the outdoor areas are unique. Everything is decorated to make you feel at home, and equipped so you don't miss a single utensil. The village is very quiet and small... an area with a lot of charm and nearby places to visit... although in the end where you are more comfortable is having a beer on the terrace. Thank you Clara, for making us feel like friends of a lifetime and sharing such a special house with us
