Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Ruhe geliebt und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben! Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un week-end formidable au sein de votre logement. Un petit havre de paix, où le temps s'écoule au rythme de la nature environnante ! Le gîte est constitué essentiellement de bois, ce qui lui donne un charme incroyable ! Nous sommes baigné dans la rivière du Gardon située à quelques kilomètres à peine du gîte ou de nombreux spots sont disponibles ! Fiona nous a également recommandé un restaurant "le Patache", nous vous recommandons à notre tour de cocher cette merveille ! C'était un super week-end ! Encore merci

Cela fait une dizaine d'années que mon épouse et moi, nous nous déplaçons plusieurs fois dans l'année dans des gîtes pour des raisons professionnelles et c'est le premier vraiment le plus intéressant à tous les niveaux : répartition des pièces fonctionnelle et décoration sympathique, gîte très propre et climatisé, quartier résidentiel et calme à 15 mn d'un centre commercial et 25 mn de la mer, la literie au top, il ne manque rien, boissons, thé ou café à disposition. Et bien sûr l'accueil agréable et courtois de Lionel.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt direkt am Strand Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus direkt am Meer. Die Lage ist wirklich das Gelbe vom Ei – nach der Promenade steht man direkt mit den Füßen im Sand. Besser geht’s nicht! Das Haus selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Besonders schön war die persönliche Begrüßung durch unseren Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und gleich mit tollen Empfehlungen zur Region versorgt hat. Ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war die vom Host organisierte private Führung durch eine nahegelegene Menade. Diese exklusive Erfahrung war nicht nur informativ, sondern auch unglaublich charmant und authentisch – ein echtes Erlebnis, das wir nie vergessen werden! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung, Meeresnähe und persönlichen Service suchen!

We had a wonderful stay - Bénédicte and Bernard were very welcoming hosts. The large studio is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and pool are wonderful and a perfect place to relax. The location is great - by the River Lez, 5 mins walk to a tram stops and less than 30 mins walk to the old centre with shops and restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Communication was excellent and Benedicte was always friendly and helpful. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Firstly let me say that this house is outstandingly beautiful! It’s is furnished with exquisite taste! Situated on a hill, the surrounding views are breathtaking with a bonus of beautiful sunsets! It really caters comfortably for 12 people, with a choice of three outdoor tables, for al fresco dining and one indoors plus several cosy seating areas around the house and two outdoor ” planchas” for perfect grilling . The kitchen is extremely well equipped and provides you with everything you need . As for the gorgeous pool and sun loungers , outdoor fridge, outdoor loo, a large shaded area, you have everything to enjoy hours of fun. The bedrooms ( en-suite) are so relaxing and comfortable thanks to quality beds and bed linen. Despite being a big group , there were so many areas to chill and switch off which made the stay very pleasant . Véronique was a wonderful host and we look forward to returning again.

Een fijne en comfortabele vakantiewoning. Alles is aanwezig, keuken zeer compleet en comfortabel en de bedden zijn fantastisch. De tuin is groot en heeft veel plekjes in de zon en schaduw. Er zijn veel grote bomen die schaduw geven. Het zoute zwembad is geweldig. Caroline is een bijzonder lieve en dienstverlenende vrouw die zich zeer discreet opstelt. Wij hebben 100% privacy ervaren, ondanks het feit dat Caroline onder de vakantiewoning woont. Af en toe moest het zwembad onderhouden worden, maar dat werd steeds gedaan op de momenten dat wij niet aanwezig waren. Wij kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen!

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

hele fijne mensen met liefde en respect voor de natuur dat in alles is terug te zien. heerlijke tuin. we voelde ons thuis en zeer welkom. de weg omhoog was voor ons een uitdaging maar wel te doen.

Logement conforme à la description faite. Éric est très sympathique et réactif et l’espace extérieur très agréable.

Cadre splendide et La vue en vaut vraiment la peine ! Le mas se trouve tout en haut d’une piste (praticable en y allant tranquillement). On y est entouré de bois avec vue sur les montagnes ! Le gîte est mignon et propre, il s’y trouve tout ce qu’il faut! La piscine est au top et puis caro et arnaud sont super sympa et accueillants, Tout comme leur petite chienne, susie! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, on recommande vivement cet endroit 😊 nous y sommes allé avec notre petit chien qui pouvait se promener librement dans le mas.

Nous avons passons un super séjour en famille et nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer le Airbnb. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée, la terrasse très agréable et sans vis à vis. Le tout décoré avec goût. L’emplacement à l’intérieur des remparts est idéal. Audrey était extrêmement gentille et dévouée à notre bien-être, ( très flexible, réponse rapide et recommandation locale). J’ai même eu des petits cadeaux de bienvenue à l’occasion de la fête des mères. C’était aussi très pratique d’avoir le parking inclus dans la location. Je recommande vivement !

Le Petit Mas est situé au beau milieu de la forêt de l'arrière pays de Montpellier. le logis, la piscine, la nature, la tranquillité sans être trop loin de la ville. Nous nous sommes régalés pendant notre semaine début juin. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Merci à Manon à Isabelle et à toute leur Famille.

From my first communication to our final goodbye our experience was an absolute joy and exceeded my high expectations. A delightfilled and creatively decorated apartment with high quality decor and kitchen appliances above a vibrant street with fabulous restaurants. We slept so well in a comfortable bed and were not disturbed at all due to excellent soundproofing. What more could you ask for? Then the best surprise of all , a truly magnificent breakfast. So delicious and beautifully presented. 🤩Montpellier is a beautiful destination and we chose the perfect accommodation with the perfect hosts. 🙏 for all your kindness . We’re grateful for the heart and soul that has created such a beautiful space for us to enjoy . J and M xx

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Il est bien situé, particulièrement calme, et bien équipé. Rien à dire question propreté. Le seul bémol a été pour nous la salle de bain, avec un lave-mains (plutôt qu’un vrai lavabo), un peu coincé à coté des WC. Pour autant, vu la configuration du lieu, il aurait été peut-être difficile de faire mieux. Clément est une personne vraiment adorable, accueillant, disponible, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service ou répondre à nos besoins si nécessaire (j’ai rarement rencontré cela avec d’autres prestataires). La relation avec lui est simple et directe. On a presque l’impression d’être accueilli par un ami. On serait bien volontier partis en rando avec lui (je suis sûr qu’il aurait accepté si cela avait été le cas !). Il est de plus de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce gîte !

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!
