Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The vacation residence offers several services such as a petanque court, a soccer/basketball court, a small park, a swimming pool (open from June to September 15) as well as a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket open in summer. The residence is pedestrianized and is not accessible by car, which is a plus for the safety of children. Free parking.
