There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas have a different style, one is modern and the other is classic. The first, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfasts, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with en-suite bathroom, equipped with air conditioning, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are therefore two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an antique style, also with stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an impressive fireplace, which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfasts and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with a Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.
