2 Private Bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 Bath apartment on the ground floor; (no stairs). The property is in the East End Historic District. Just a short distance to the Strand, Cruise Terminals, Beach and Restaurants. The ground-floor apartment is separate from the second floor and includes a utility room with washer and dryer. In addition to the two queen beds a pullout trundle bed with two single mattresses is located in the den/TV room. Stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and snacks.

Precious garage apartment- 3 blocks from the beach

Cleaning fee included in pricing. Unless you leave it in an utter mess and I will add $75.00. Apartment is in the back of the property - upstairs- over the garage. Open concept with separate bedroom, full kitchen and bath. Sleeps 2. There is a Queen bed in the spacious bedroom. All linens, dishes and pots and pans included. Hot tub and outdoor shower with hot water on demand via tankless hot water heater. Lounge on the large upper deck. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Vacation at 1904 D. Walk to the Seawall/Beach!

Circa 1890 Victorian home separated into four units. Unit D is a studio apartment, which was recently fully updated. Spacious and clean, with, hotel quality bedding, a mini fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with ROKU/Netflix, and a coffee maker. We are 5 short blocks to the beach and a 3 blocks to the Bryan museum.
