The building's history is well-preserved and combined with trendy industrial architecture and decor. On the 4th floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. Cozy apartment located in an idyllic village about 10 km outside of Malmö. Close to the Arriesjön hiking area and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger available, let us know if you want to charge fee SEK 3.50/kwh is to be paid directly to the host.
