Lavender cottage is set in the heart of the Mayenne countryside, close by the Alpes Mancelles, peaceful and quiet, with great walks on your doorstep, and a big garden to explore. Your host is English, resident in France and living next door, therefore there to help you every stage if required. I have been hosting on other platforms in the past and this is a new venture for me with Airbnb. The house has a long driveway so plenty of places to park, smart TV and is incredibly safe and secure.

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.
