Holiday rentals with beach access in Gandia

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

El piso es perfecto para pasar unos días agradables en Gandía, cerquita de la playa y con piscina que es la guinda del pastel. Hay aparcamiento fácil y la zona está repleta de bares y restaurantes, no hay necesidad de mover el coche. Enri fue en todo momento servicial y muy amable. Gracias!! Volveremos 100%

Ich kann die Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen. Sie ist noch schöner in echt als auf den Fotos. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und die Anbindung der Tram ins Zentrum von Alicante ist auch sehr gut.

Een prachtig appartement, heel smaakvol en met goede kwaliteit ingericht, en adembenemend mooi uitzicht op de baai van Xavea. Prive Parkeerplaats en alles op loopafstand. Inge en haar team waren uitstekende hosts, met een uitgebreide welkom (inclusief fles wijn en iets lekkers), en altijd bereikbaar bij vragen.

Nos alojamos en este piso durante 4 días y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable. Nos recibieron con todo preparado. El piso está impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: cocina completa, camas confortables, buena presión de agua en la ducha, Wi-Fi rápido y aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente. Además, todo estaba tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La ubicación es excelente. Nos sentimos muy seguros y a gusto en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Gandía. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo!

No miento si digo que ha sido uno de los mejores lugares que he tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar con la familia. Volveremos.

Durante la estancia, tuve contacto con Jorge, siempre estuvo atento a todo y con instrucciones claras sobre el checkin. el apartamento a primera linea de playa, espectacular, limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Tuvimos detalles de bienvenida. sin duda que si tenemos que volver a la zona, volvería a alquilarla. Tenía hasta sillas para la playa. Han pensado en todo, sin duda lo recomiendo. Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

La casa está incluso mejor que en las fotos. Esta pegada a la playa, y viene equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia súper cómoda. El trato con Paula, un 10. Volveremos seguro.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Las valoraciones hablan por sí solas. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Javi no ha podido ser mejor, tal y como se describe. Zona muy tranquila. Todo el apartamento impecable, con TODO lo necesario. Destacar también la atención de Javi que ha sido de 10, todo muy bien explicado y atento por que estuviéramos bien. Nos recomendó muchas zonas de ocio de alrededor y restaurantes, nos dio mucha facilidad con las indicaciones para llegar y entrar al apartamento. Ojalá podamos repetir, muchas gracias por todo.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

El alojamiento es acogedor y práctico para pasar unos días tranquilos y disfrutar de la playa. Gisela, se mostró muy amable, nos recomendó varios lugares . Tuvimos varios percances durante el viaje y se mostró muy comprensiva. Era la primera vez que viajábamos con nuestro bebé y el alojamiento estaba perfectamente equipado, no tuvimos que cargar con tantas cosas. Agradecemos su paciencia y atención. Lo hemos pasado genial.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

El piso corresponde perfectamente con la descripción del anuncio. Tienen a disposición de los huéspedes sillas plegables y sombrillas para poder llevar a la playa. La lavadora tiene un programa corto de 15' ideal para poder dar un lavado corto a los bañadores y dispone de sitio para poder tenderlos. El sofá cama del salón es bastante cómodo.
