We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had a lovely stay at this place in Goa over the weekend. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful the host was, from a smooth check-in to assisting us with local recommendations and anything we needed during the stay. Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Really we loved the place. Great hospitality, immediate response from hosts. We felt very safe and secure, surrounded by beautiful nature. Property was well maintained, clean and created homely atmosphere. Pool was well maintained with certain temperatures and all. Overall it was a great experience with reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort,great ambience and value for money.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

the stay in Roy place is really awesome it is very near to beach just 2 minutes walk from the beach moreover Roy is very helpful one time I miss the key his daughter came with the duplicate key to open the door that much helpful they are I really recommend this property for everybody who is looking near the beach moreover Roy is very responsive if you call anytime he will respond and apartment is clean and moreover it is affordable price those are looking for budget friendly apartment I really recommend this one it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach it is completely peaceful apartment The Neighbours are also very cooperative moreover I am giving 5 star rating

Me and my family were looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful South Goa. And we found the perfect stay. a beautiful little bunglow surrounded with even beautiful garden, and the pool 10steps from it. The home was clean, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The beach was a 5mins walk from the place and not at all crowded. Surrounded with great restaurants, and even a supermarket, we had ample choice to either cook with a fully functional kitchen, or order by swiggy, or just hop next door to a really good restaurants. The pool kept the kid happy and content. With monsoon in full swing, the place became a little paradise. I must mention that the host Jay was super prompt, and the care takers Pramesh and Kaveri were the sweetest and of great help. Thank you Jay for making it worth it.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Vidita our host was very proactive and made everything seamless. The location was easy to find and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. We only stayed for a night as we had a flight the next day but we wish we had more time.

The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

We booked Smriti’s villa for my aunts and cousins who were attending a family event, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly stood out, though, was Smriti’s hospitality—she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. My aunt accidentally left behind a bag during checkout, and Smriti was incredibly kind in arranging for us to collect it later that night by coordinating key access. We’re really grateful for her thoughtful support and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

The Villa is the best deal you can ever get in the South. Its pretty close to the railway station all the guidance is provided by the owner very well. The moment you reach there the Care Taker is the best deal you get in this purchase believe me or not. His name is Sultan. He is at his foot, You need help with any issue even late in the night he will be there. He is the cherry on the cake. Make sure to book this property if visiting the south.

Stay location is best and just 850 meter from Benaulim main beach. Rooms and one common bathroom are big and good. Another attached bathroom is very small. It was clean. It’s on first floor and accessible via lift and stairs. Car parking is available. Met Rahul and Jyoti and they were very nice people and very helpful. Suggestions to improve , I will share with them in private. Thanks for hosting us.

Spacious apartment with a view of the sea. Good location, easy to reach from Dabolim airport. Surrounding area is nice and peaceful. Overall, a comfortable stay at Dheeraj’s place. Really appreciate his prompt and responsive communication.
