Holiday rentals in Ganuza

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

Great place to stay in Havana I will be back!

El alojamiento está muy bien! La descripción y las fotos son tal cual se publican Muy cómodo y práctico Si bien está a 2 cuadras del Capitolio creemos que la ubicación no es la mejor… llegamos un domingo y estaba plagado de gente… Marcos y su pareja nos recibieron y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones locales, muy agradecidos con ellos! En todo momento fueron muy amables y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades Gracias!!!

My stay at Zunilda’s was great. I had nothing to complain about. The loft is beautiful! Just like the pictures. I love the views of Havana and how the terrace can be wide open. I loved that I had the option of fresh air or air conditioning. The restaurants I wanted to visit were not far away. And old Havana was about 8 mins away via taxi. She made my welcome so easy with accommodating a taxi for my arrival. Zunilda also provides a phone. Which was a life savor for my boyfriend and I. Zunilda’s sister, Malaena was amazing as well; she communicated with us, gave us pointers for food and helped us with exchanging money. She also accommodated for our taxi to leave. The two things I was worried about in Cuba was having a cell phone and exchanging money, and Zunilda and Malaena provided that for us, making that worry go away. Thank you so much for having us and we shall return.

La verdad quede totalmente encantado con el lugar de Felix y su esposa y no solamente con el lugar que está increíble y que tiene cosas extras que nadie más te ofrece, la bienvenida que nos brindo, el apoyo y sus recomendaciones, si no también con ellos que son unas excelentes personas en toda la extensión de la palabra siempre atentos y ayudando en todo, sin duda nos hizo sentir mucha confianza y como si estuvieramos en casa sin duda regresaría sin pensarlo mucha gracias Felix a ti y a tu hermosa familia por esta estadía que jamás olvidaremos, se necesitan más personas como ustedes en el mundo, a otra cosa la ubicación perfecta en zona tranquila y cerca de todo nos vemos pronto gracias por todo.

Super Unterkunft mit einer sehr sehr netten Gastgeberin, Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie hat uns mehrere Tipps gegeben was wir unternehmen können und wie wir uns in Havanna zurechtfinden können, das war sehr hilfreich. Antwortete immer schnell. Allgemein kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. ❤️

Normally i prefer hotels instead of Airbnb accommodations, however due to the purpose of our trip hotel would have been too far out of our reach in terms of locations. After, extensive research on Airbnb and days in between of thinking things through i was able to conclude a decision, a decision that brought me great satisfaction. Everything was precisely as describe on the website. The apartment was in a peaceful neighborhood, the interior was tasteful, with all of the modern amenities, the elevator was a plus very convenient, the wireless internet connection in the apartment remained on without disruption, providing a reliable high performance broad band service. Breakfast was quite the affair, with fresh mango juices, Cuban coffee, fresh toast, waffle pancakes, omelet with bacons all provided by Aileen mom. Alieen was extremely attentive, insightful, and understanding. Alieen mother is such a beautiful soul, she treated me like a daughter, i love her. I will stay there again.
