Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Nous vous proposons un logement spacieux et paisible, idéalement placé sur les hauteurs de Gap, à deux pas du parc de Charance. Notre gîte est un spacieux duplex style loft de 60 m2. Il est entièrement équipé et bénéficie d’une chambre en mezzanine qui comprend un lit king size en 180 cm (2x90) ainsi qu’un lit simple en 90 cm. La grande pièce à vivre inclut un convertible en 140 cm. Le logement dispose d’une télévision (TNT + câble HDMI) ainsi qu’une Clim réversible. Parking devant le gîte.

Vous y accédez par un charmant sentier piétonnier de 50 mètres et bénéficiez d'une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Sa terrasse extérieure couverte de 19 m² possède un SPA entièrement privatisé. Adultes seulement. Bébés et enfants non autorisés.

Nearby: Lake Serre Ponçon, whitewater sports, many hiking trails from Champsaur and Valgaudemar, Tallard airfield for your parachute jumps, Golf 5 minutes away!

32 m² apartment in the city center of Gap. It has one bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests. Its location is ideal thanks to its proximity to shops (pharmacy, convenience store, bar, shops...) The building is located on a pedestrian street, so you won't be disturbed by traffic noise. You will have a parking space in a secure underground parking lot 200 m away (free). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, which will also be provided free of charge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
