Love the okra Inn such a beautiful historical home. Way more room than expected and super cozy for the family. Would return for next trip.

The house is beautiful and well maintained with a great layout for larger groups and families. We loved our stay. The location is also fairly convenient in terms of being close to everything without being right in the middle of it.

The house was so perfect, functional, comfy, and surprisingly accommodated nine people exceptionally well. We felt so at ease and happy that we could all fit so well. We loved the living room couch, multiple naps were taken there and it fit my two aunts side by side on one end! Just can't say enough how family friendly the house is. I felt closer to my family because it was an open concept; however, there was enough space between living and dining room to carry separate conversations. It was also really close to major attractions like Bourbon street, which was not as important for us this trip since tourism wasn't our main focus, but it was so easy to go for a quick jaunt into Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde. The neighborhood seemed so safe, we all felt comfortable going out to our car late at night. And the neighbors were friendly. Also, with such a boisterous family I felt like we were able to still be ourselves. I'd definitely stay here again, we loved it.

This Airbnb was great with such character. We loved everything about our stay. We found it very comfortable and it was well stocked with all we needed. Coffee and filters were provided as well as laundry soap if needing to do a load of laundry. We would stay here again.

We came for our daughter’s graduation from Tulane. This is the perfect house for 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and Natasha provides all your toiletry essentials. She left a complimentary bottle of wine we used to celebrate. The Superdome is only nine minutes away, which made going to graduation quick and easy. Great place Natasha!

Mike’s place is located extremely close to everything. He has instructions posted around the house for your convenience, very easy to reach. No hassle whatsoever! I’d definitely stay here again!

The house was in a great, quiet location near Tulane, and close to plenty of restaurants on Freret. It was awesome that the hosts allowed pets, and we were happy with the small fenced-in outdoor space for quick doggie potty breaks. Parking on the street right outside the house was easy with plenty of room for our SUV. While we did not do any cooking, the home has a full kitchen with everything you need. We would definitely like to come back at the start of the fall semester.

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

he made sure everything was up to what we paid for and that we were all happy.He answered all calls and text if anything happened and fixed things right away with no questions asked.Everything was clean and well taken care of the pool was a nice plus to have in the heat it was very clean.He was friendly with us like he knew us and treated us like a friend. Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, and the pool was a highlight of our trip. It’s not very big, but it was the perfect place to hangout on a hot New Orleans day.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Nick's place in NOLA. For a family of 6, we were within walking distance to a park, and quick driving (or a longer walk) to downtown and everything we needed. We'll be staying here again for our next stay in the city.

Cannot recommend this home enough for your New Orleans stay! The house is beautiful and spacious enough to fit 10 comfortably. Zach, the concierge, was incredibly communicative and friendly. Also, very walkable to great restaurants!

My Fiancé is from New Orleans and we travel a lot back and forward from Texas to New Orleans . We’re so thankful it’s actually an air bnb on the west bank because there’s not a lot at all. This place is amazing.! Very clean, very spacious easy to get to and easy to hop on the expressway way to the East Bank (Bourbon st). We absolutely loved it so much we extended our visit an extra day. I will definitely book with Daniel and Patsy again before going to a hotel. If it’s available, don’t second guess yourself. Book it!

Daniels place is in a great location. It’s actually close to almost everything that we wanted to see. You can walk or drive to the French quarter, but it is about a 26 min walk from the house. We chose to Uber a couple of times and hardly had to wait for an Uber to pick us up. There is a cafe and a coffee house within 5 min from the house. The house was super clean and very comfortable! It was also super easy to check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to New Orleans.

At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, we’ll be raving about this stay for years to come — we chose this place as our family’s home base during our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. Dominique is extremely responsive and this was the most genuine hospitality I’ve ever experienced at an AirBnB. The house is beautiful, the courtyard is amazing, the location is perfect. Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

Space is exactly as described in a really lovely, artful part of the city with easy walking/biking/running to the Quarter or the Bywater neighborhood. Lots of green spaces nearby. Wifi is fast and great for remote work. Lots of restaurants and places to enjoy all around. Kitchen amenities limited as mentioned by hosts, so bring your appetite for enjoying out! Good to consider for longer stays perhaps.

Perfect place, if You (as me) has a conference in nearby University. Very clean, nice garden, nice owner. Public transport nearby. A good coffe at the university 3min away. Please just note, there are almost no groceries or shops or restaurants in short walking distance from house. But interior is very nice and stay was perfect. Andy

Beautiful, clean, and cozy unit. Quiet street and neighborhood. A few blocks from the streetcar was pretty convenient. Helen was nice and friendly when we saw her.
