You are right on St. Charles Avenue--not "3 blocks from St. Charles" because 3 blocks makes a difference in the feeling you get when you walk out the front door to meet your Uber or just to take a walk under the trees or ride the streetcar uptown to Audubon Park, Zoo, University area or downtown to the French Quarter.
