It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

Amazing stay. Place was cleaned and you can smell that it was clean as you walk in. James is an amazing host and has very great communication and very helpful. When I visit again I will definitely book again. Thanks again James!

Wonderful place enjoyed our time there

We had the pleasure of renting Joseph and Jennifer’s beautiful three-bedroom home in Santa Ana for a week-long family vacation to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday with a trip to Disneyland. The home was absolutely perfect—clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our entire family. Located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, the home was ideally situated—just about 10 minutes from Disneyland, close to major stores, and a short drive to Huntington Beach. The central air conditioning was a major plus, especially with California’s warm summer weather, and made our stay even more comfortable. Joseph and Jennifer were exceptional hosts—professional, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. Their home truly helped make our trip enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend their property to anyone visiting the area.

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

Juan was an amazing host! I honestly felt like home. The place was equipped with everything that we needed even though we didn’t use almost anything. Really clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, friendly, safe and welcoming. If you are looking for a small place to just come and rest and planning to be out all day, this is the spot for you. Juan was very flexible with the check in too! communication and attention was excellent. If I would come to L.A often, this would be my spot.

Very clean and smelled nice inside. Game room was a fun addition and let us enjoy socializing after the outside 10pm curfew. Good amount of cookware and dishware. The air conditioning works great, which was important as the weather started cranking up. Host John was very responsive and kind with communications.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Karen’s Airbnb. It was the great experience. Even though I am fairly new to Airbnb since I have used other services, my expectations were totally met. She is such a swift communicator and very fair about requests and special circumstances. The home is located close to great stores and restaurants plus less than a block away from a cozy beach. I am glad that I selected her home and that everything was as represented. She is also incredibly friendly and interested in her guests and their welfare. Even when she might not be available for 30 minutes, she has a staff that assists her and they are totally responsive as well. If you need to experience a good time in the trendy Naples Island area, stay at her place and everythingwill be smooth. Even though the house is partially on a busy street, her place is quiet and comfortable. She also adds some extra touches like a fully informative booklet, not only on house rules, but places to visit.

Perfect place for a family trip to Disney. Jim and Deb applied a lot Disney style decorations to he house. Kids are very happy with the toys, books and game room. Dogs are happy with the back yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had some good sleep. Will def visit again

The casita was just right for the 3 of us, our dog included. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were able to walk our dog. The bed was super comfortable and there was enough prep space for meals in the small kitchen. Liz was super helpful when I inquired about a request for our pet. Lovely spot, we would stay again! This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The place was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. It was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed and was peaceful. We also met Keren and she was very nice. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants. Clean, private, well furnished. Lots of additional things are provided (I.e filtered water, eating utensils, bowls, plates, detergent, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner). It has everyone we needed and more

This spot was perfect for our large family. Very close to Disneyland—we could walk if it weren’t for the kiddo, but the drive was also very very easy. You can really see the fireworks from the front yard, and a bit from the hot tub in the back.

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

What a great place to stay, i would absolutely recommend this place and the hosts as well. Everything was great. 5 stars all around. Looking forward to coming back.

First of all, John and the rest of the owner's were the best I've had from ABB, very responsive and helpful as soon as I booked and the entire time. They gave great directions precheck-in and even checked up on us during our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Very tasteful decor, all appliances and furnishings were like new and in good repair - something you don't always find. It was perfect for two couples and a small dog. There is no living room area so not big for entertaining but a great place to rest while exploring all of the attractions of Orange County. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and had plenty of gated parking to ensure safety and security. The property is shared with a main family but we hardly saw them and never heard them. When we did see them they were watering the many glorious fruit trees on the property. One of the best places we've stayed. We'd love to go back anytime!

Its a unique place, 'barnyard chic' is appropriate. Rustic, minimalist and classy all at the same time. The enclosed grassy back yard was the best part, with a screened door and a private side of the house entrance. The exterior lighting was well situated and with the exotic plants, lemon trees, orange trees, avocado trees and cumquat trees created lovely nature filled haven for the dog to run free while I read and enjoyed cigars. Would gladly stay again.

This place was really great it’s so close to everything! Also it was really clean and spacious! Also the host was really responsive always checking in with me and making sure everything was fine. I will for sure get this place next time!

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home! Very clean , remodeled Kitchen and bathrooms . Good size bedrooms and nice front yard and backyard to hang out . Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient to Disneyland high was our main reason to travel.
