Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

Superfast uncapped Fibre Internet 50/50 Mbps The space was designed by my Architect to give an inner city industrial loft feel. The usage of space was one of the most important factors as is evident in the design. Guests have access to the whole apartment & a secure underground parking bay (Sec 57) I stay close by so will attend to requests made but for the most part, this is a self- catering apartment for independent guests. Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. Hop on Hop Off City Sightseeing Buses. Many shops, bars, restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. WIFI & SATELLITE TELEVISION (DSTV) PROVIDED Other items provided: Hairdryer, Fan, Heater. This is a wonderful open spaced apartment with plenty of light as one can watch the sun rise from one side and set between Table Mountain and Lion's Head on the other. It is 152 square meter space which is great for relaxation after exploring this glorious city and surroundings. With the keys you get access tags which you can use to go upstairs to the communal pool and roof top of the building. This space is strictly reserved for people with tags. You also use the tags to enter and exit the building either by the front entrance or via the garage. I am certainly on hand if anyone needs me. I have many recommendations which I leave once a booking has been confirmed. Everyone's needs are different so one needs only ask. This is the urban area of Cape Town and it is starting to buzz. There are new and funky places popping up all the time. Many sights are within walking distance including the Company Gardens, the Houses of Parliament, national museums, and galleries. Public transport, busses etc are available close by.
