The house has three separate bedrooms each with an En Suite bathroom on the ground level accessed through an electric gate with a small front yard. The living areas are spacious and open plan with lots of light and an outdoor feel. There is no garden, however, lots of outdoor space with an incredible view of the mountain and valley that is known as The Moot. Enjoy your stay in a relaxed, easy to care space. You will have the whole place to yourselves! Good communication is important to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to answer any questions regarding travel, attractions, places to visit and everything that interest you. The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee.
