This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Great communication and check-in was a breeze. Nice location. We stay in Tahoe a lot. Enjoyed the quietness of the location. The house was perfect for the kids. It had everything needed to get by. The renovations on the house were enjoyable. Price was good for what we paid. Only downside was an early checkout at 10. It made it difficult for us having 3 kids. Wish it was 11. Besides that I would definitely stay here again!!!

We travelled from Australia and stayed close to a month at this cabin in Tahoe, and it was gorgeous. Excellent location, could walk to supermarket, shops, brewery. Small drive to ski resorts - very enjoyable drives to Heavenly (10mins), Kirkwood (40mins) and Northstar (1hr). The cabin was well equipped, I cooked most nights. Washing machine / dryer also very useful. Jason was very quick to respond. Would stay here again if we could.

Patrick's cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults) for our annual Tahoe summer vacation. The cabin is gorgeous, impeccably clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need (well appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). The location on the West Shore is the perfect launch point for summer adventuring (hikes, biking, lake access, etc.) and the neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful. We appreciated the thorough instructions/videos provided and Patrick's prompt responses to questions, which made for a smooth stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
