Main busstopp only 100 m. Parking is available (garage on request with fee); Hausberg area within 900 m for skiing and hiking, tennis courts and more sport facilities. Train station within 900 m.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

Our recently renovated, cozy little mountain hideaway is located at the very base of the Bavarian alps. Only a stonesthrow from the most popular hiking paths and mountainbiking trails as well a 10 minute walk away from the popular Partnach Gorge (Partnachklamm) or the "Hausberg". If City sightseeing is more your thing youll be happy to find the center of Garmisch 15 min by foot or 5min by bike.
