Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
