Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The cottage is located on a shared plot with the main building. Private jetty with swimming. Balcony and small barbecue. The forest around the corner, berries and mushrooms picking. 7 km to urban area with shops and more. The cottage has a kitchenette with fridge. What is needed for cooking and eating. Towel, dish brush, dishcloth, dish detergent are included. Bathroom with shower, towels for indoor use. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer Bed linens are included. Breakfast can be ordered by agreement. SEK 100/person WiFi is available. Canoe and rowing boat available to rent 250/day,

Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Dala cottage with lake property

Välkomna till våran mysiga stuga precis vid vattnet med bastu, öppen spis och egen brygga. Här kan du njuta av en rofylld atmosfär, magisk sjöutsikt och fiske direkt utanför dörren. Vintertid går det att bada isvak från bryggan, om vädret tillåter körs skidspår upp på sjön. Omgivningen består av bär och svampskogar med vackra promenadstråk. På sommaren kan du ta en tur med roddbåten eller njuta av kvällssolen på altanen. Stugan ligger endast 15 min från Falun och 45 min från Romme Alpin.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our hideaway in Dalarna, only 2 hours north of Stockholm yet in the middle of nature. The cross country ski tracks & mountain bike trails are less than 5 minutes away. The forest is on your doorstep and the lake less than a minute’s walk away. Our guests can enjoy the same service as we are known for at Smens Hästgård - order in fresh organic produce for your stay and let us pre stock the fridge, book in for dinner at the castle 1.5 km away or rent ice skates/bikes. Välkommen till vackra Sundborn! Gästsvit med egen ingång och eget badrum i tillbyggnad på vår villa i Sundbornsbyn. Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Härbre Hovran

Charming cottage with quiet and peaceful location right by Lake Hovran. Unwind in this simple little cottage, which has all the amenities you need such as electricity, running water, small kitchen, shower and toilet in a separate small house a few steps away from the cabin. Two bicycles are available to borrow to explore the nearby area, or a trip into Dalarna's oldest town, Hedemora, five kilometers away. There is a rowboat to borrow.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.
