The new apartment is located in the Gastein Valley in the farmhouse of the organic farm Maurachgut at 1,000 m, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape. Ski in & Ski out. Equipment: 1 living-bedroom with kitchenette and sitting area, 1 anteroom with wardrobe, 1 modern bathroom with shower/toilet Kitchenette: fridge, oven with hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes... bed linen, towels, bath towels. For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Klein aber Oho! - Das Studio Alpin ist perfekt für 2-3 Personen. Im Dezember 2022 komplett kernsaniert, haben wir dieser Ferienwohnung im Souterrain mit rustikalen Holzelementen und Steinfliesen Wohlfühlcharakter verpasst und mit Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet. Verbringt kuschelige Nächte in diesem hellen, gemütlichem Apartment und genießt eurer Frühstück mit einem beeindruckendem Bergblick.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Cozy 3-bed room

A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.
